Access quality NDIS support services you can trust
You can purchase our services directly on a plan, or if you have an NDIS package, we are a registered provider so we are able to assist upi with compliance and government-based funding as well.
Before engaging our services, you will need to first organise your own package directly with NDIS in order to qualify for funding. The prcess is simple: you can contact them directly and you will be assessed to see if you are eligible for a package or service.
When you are approved and assigned a package, you can then select us as your service provider and start getting help as soon as possible.
If you require any assistance with this process, you can contact our friendly customer service team and we will assist you as much as we can with your application.
Feel secure in your own home
Safety at home is vital. Our staff are experts who know how to identify and report situations that may not be conducive to making you feel safe and secure.
At the beginning of your support plan, we will provide you with a home safety check and assist you to gain access to any additional support you might need.
In addition to ensuring a healthy environment, we ensure that all members of the Care Professionals team have a current police check, work reference check and go through in-house safety training.
Personalised Support Plan
After ensuring your environment and our treatment providers make you feel safe and at ease, our next step is to discuss your needs together and develop a tailored care plan.
This process can also involve your primary carer and other family members so that we are all able to ensure that your needs are fulfilled and understood by your community.
Your plan will include your social and spiritual needs, as well as your personal and household requirements. We know and respect that you are very much an individual and we are passionate about ensuring you have the right to live as you choose, where you choose.

At Care Professionals, our staff have appreciate the emotional and financial toll on individual and families, which seeking support services can take.
We want to make seeking support as easy as possible, without you having to compromise on your financial security in order to access at-home care.
As part of our work with you, we will explain and assist you to gain access to government-funded support that can save you money and improve your quality of life.

We fully welcome the involvement of your family and carers, and we are always happy to share information with your loved ones to ensure they can continue best to support you with us.
We can also provide additional support to your primary carer, including access to the government-funded carers allowance, counselling, respite support and additional funding.
We can also assist your carer with planning residential respite and can help you and your family to identify the most appropriate permanent placement should this be necessary to ensure your safety and the highest quality of care.
