In-home Support

Care Professionals getting support at home

Care Professionals provides in-home and community support to people with disabilities and together we will discuss your needs and develop a tailored care plan.

We will help you with a personalised in home support care plan.

Care Professionals have staff trained in mental health first aid and work closely with people needing aged care, in home support or who have mental health concerns.

Safety and Security

Our carers have current working with children checks and police checks, and attend ongoing training both in house and externally. It is our responsibility to help and protect the most vulnerable in our community. Our team is there for you.

We are your advocate

When Care Professionals founding CEO, Angela Dunleavey, worked as a Home and Community Care Assessment officer she lobbied for people with mental health issues to receive in home support such as home care, cooking and shopping supports and monitoring checks. We are also here to assist you to advocate for your rights.

We understand the constraints of funding and we will work with clients and families to ensure the best mix of services to meet your needs.

We are here to ‘support together’

We welcome the involvement of your family and carers. We can provide support and information to your primary carer. For example the government funded carers allowance, counseling, respite support and additional funding.
